Flower Girl Prep 04-15-08

Cecily got to see the dress she would be wearing as a flower girl for Uncle Allen and Cindy's wedding. She went to the dress shop for a fitting and also tried on some other dresses too. She also helped Grandma bake a birthday cake.

Alexis' Birthday Party 04-13-08

Cecily was invited to Alexis' 5th birthday party. Alexis goes to Carden with Cecily, but she is a year older and in the pre-k class. They had a Winnie the Pooh themed party at their house with a fun bouncer, swing set, clowns, as well as a special appearance from Pooh and Tigger. Even though it was a HOT day, Cecily had a blast.

Small Paul Event 04-12-08

Cecily and Paige attended the grand opening of Rascals to Rebels in Rossmoor today and got to meet Julius the monkey from Paul Frank. Paige did not want to take a picture with Julius, but Cecily did. The girls also got Small Paul stickers, buttons, a balloon, and other assorted goodies. They even got their hands painted and ate yummy popcorn.

School Petting Zoo 04-11-08

Cecily's school brought in a Petting Zoo today so the kids could have a fun afternoon seeing the animals. Cecily got to pet a pig, goat, sheep, duck, guinea pig, and bunny. She was afraid to pet the crazy looking chickens, which Caren forgot to take a picture of.

Jack's 1st Birthday 04-09-08

Cecily's playgroup celebrated baby Jack's 1st birthday today at the park. They had a yummy potluck and enjoyed delicious chocolate Elmo cupcakes. But their favorite part was the ring pops in their goody bags.

Suzanne's Birthday 04-05-08

HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY SUZANNE!!! Cecily and Caren went to Cecily's first theater performance at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. They saw "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus." Afterwards, Richard, Caren, and Cecily helped Suzanne celebrate her big 30th birthday at the beach. They enjoyed a bbq lunch, flying kites, and walking in the water. They ended the day with a yummy dinner at Taco Surf where the band sang Happy Birthday to Suzanne!
